The City Council of the City of Midland will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in the Council Chamber City Hall, 300 N. Loraine, Midland, TX 79701, on a request by
Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center, for the initial zoning of the following described property:
- A 54.008-acre tract of land located in Section 42, Block 40, T-1-S, T&P RR. Co Survey, Midland County, Texas.
Generally located approximately 1,550-feet south of State Highway 191, and approximately 1,725-feet east of North Farm-to-Market Road 1788 (District: None)
From no current zoning to RR, Regional Retail District
The meeting facility is accessible to disabled persons. A wheelchair entry ramp is located at the southeast entrance to City Hall. A parking space designated for use by disabled persons is available near the southeast entrance doors.
